Office Locations

We have several offices in the state of Utah. Logan is the main building of the Instite for Disability Research, Policy, and Practice. Many of our staff members work at other offices across the state in our amazing projects and programs!

Logan Office (Main Office)

Our physical address is 765 North 990 East, Logan, UT 84322. If you are driving on 1200 East, turn onto 800 North using the roundabout. Follow 800 North passed the tennis courts and student housing. Travel down that road until you reach the parking lot labeled “Black Lot” and the IDRPP building is the first building you see on the left next to the Sorenson Center for Clinical Excellence.

Salt Lake Offices

Our Salt Lake office is home to the Center for Employment and Inclusion (CEI). Our Salt Lake office is located at the Utah State University Salt Lake Campus at 920 W Levoy Dr, Taylorsville, UT 84123.

The Utah Assistive Technology Program (UATP) also has an office in Salt Lake, located at Judy Ann Buffmire Building, 1595 W 500 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84104. You can call them at 801-887-9390.

Vernal

The Utah Assistive Technology Program (UATP) also has an office in Vernal, Utah. They are located at 2574 W 500 N #2 Vernal, UT 84078. You can contact the Vernal office by calling 435-767-1719, or reaching out to Wes Smith at wes.smith@usu.edu.
