Job Opening:
Early Intervention Provider with the South East Early Intervention Program, serving children birth to three within Emery, Carbon and Grand Counties.
Full-time position with excellent benefits.
The home office will be on the Utah State University Eastern campus in Price with access to campus amenities.

Our Program

The South East Early Intervention Program is a home-based program providing services to assist families in promoting developmental skills for infants and toddlers who have, or are at risk for, developmental delays. This and other Early Intervention programs are available state-wide through the Utah Department of Health.

Our Mission

Our mission is to support parents and families by providing techniques to help their child grow and develop. The family is the most important part of the Early Intervention team. The family is an active participant in all aspects of services.

Our vision is to be at the forefront of family centered services and resources for children birth-3 in Carbon, Emery, and Grand counties to support each child in reaching their full potential.

Our mission is to support parents and families of all cultures by providing techniques to help their child grow and develop using culturally sensitive practices.

We offer supportin all areas of development including motor skills, communication,problem-solving, social-emotional, self-help skills, hearing, vision and health.

What to Know

If you have any questions regarding the development of your child, call your local office or submit a referral. Together, we can set up a free evaluation for your child. The evaluation will assess fine and gross motor, speech and language, cognitive, social/emotional, and adaptive skills. Vision and hearing are checked also.

Developmental Checklist

Parents of children birth to 3, go to our screening page (or use the QR code) to complete a FREE Online Developmental screening. Please complete both the ASQ-3 and the ASQ-SE screeners. A member of the SEEIP staff will contact you to review the results.
