Na Tang

Na is a bilateral cochlear implant user with four years of experience at Cochlear, where she supported patients through their hearing restoration journey. With a computer science background, she brings a rare combination: the lived experience of assistive technology use and the technical knowledge to improve it. Her goal is to make digital accessibility as transformative as the medical technology that gave her hearing. She spots the real-world barriers that frustrate users, and knows how to fix them. Her approach is practical: accessibility that doesn't just meet standards, but actually works for the people who need it.
