Roseline Hill is originally from Cape Town, South Africa and moved to the United States of America in 2020 to finish her degree in Healthcare Administration at BYU-Idaho. She began her career as a volunteer for a women's rights organization, Women on Farms Project, based in South Africa where she learned the value of community service and empowering and building the capacity of grassroots community structures to enable them to advocate for their own rights. In 2005 she was employed as the Program Officer and later Program Manager / Coordinator for the Socio-Economic Development Program focusing on women's rights and adressing human rights violations on commercial farms. She has extensive experience in donor liaison, proposal writing, report writing, case management, mentoring and support of community structures, advocacy and lobbying, networking with stakeholders and partner organizations, workshop design and facilitation.

As the PSP Project Director, Roseline oversees grant writing and budgeting, reporting, placements and partnerships, university and federal processes, employee training and supervision, and other responsibilities relate to effectively managing a nonprofit organization.
