About Project ECHO
The IDRPP Project ECHO® is a lifelong learning and guided practice model that exponentially increases workforce capacity to provide the application of best practices. Project ECHO: Unpacking the Pyramid Model, will focus on using the Pyramid Model framework to build supportive environments, teach social skills, and more.
Why Participate?
Project ECHO: Unpacking the Pyramid Model is for any early childcare professional who seeks to better understand implementation of the Pyramid Model. Attendees will be taught by experts in the field and will also have the chance to discuss real problems with peers and give and receive advice. It is a community of collaboration to allow attendees to improve. People who attend 3 or more sessions will receive the workbook "Unpacking the Pyramid Model" free of charge. Additionally, Pyramid Model Classroom Kits ($249 value) will be given to two random attendees over the next 7 sessions.
Structure
- Didactic presentation from an early childcare expert - 45 minutes to 1 hour
- Real Situations! Real Solutions! Case Study presentation and discussion - 30 minutes

Is your program struggling with staff-buy in or ideas for finding time for staff to complete training?
Are you a teacher who wants ideas for using Pyramid Model tactics in your classroom?
Do you need new strategies for challenging behaviors?
