| Benefits | Requirements |

| Living Allowance | Commit to 10 weeks of service |
| Education award or cash stipend | Work 40 hours each week |
| 3 Days of paid leave | Be a U.S Citizen or lawful permanent resident, be at least 18 years of age, and with a high school diploma (or equivalent) |
| Paid holidays | Participate in training |
| Paid training and professional development opportunities |
Complete one service project |
| Hands on experience in working with local schools or non-profit organizations |
Attend summer recognition events |
