Jeremy Musgrove is a Training and Development Specialist at the Institute for Disability Research, Policy, and Practice, with a focus on workplace support and work-based learning. With over three years of experience as an adaptive educational coach for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in higher education, Jeremy has guided students in presenting their experiences at conferences, highlighting the importance of educational support services for transition-aged youth with IDD. He has also trained more than 30 educational coaches and peer mentors to work one-on-one with college students who have IDD. In addition, Jeremy holds a Level 2 Adaptive Snowboard Instructor certification through the American Association of Snowboard Instructors with six years of experience, having taught over 500 students. He holds degrees in Environmental Sciences (BS) and Spanish (BA) from Northern Arizona University and previously served as a helicopter crew chief in the Marine Corps. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and exploring Utah’s outdoor activities.
