Utah State University’s Institute on Disability Research, Policy, & Practice (IDRPP) is the subcontractor on the Institute on Community Integration (ICI) proposed grant: Community-Based Collaborative Transition Model for Minnesota Youth with IDD. The IDRPP is supporting the ICI with developing a transition framework and piloting the developed community-based collaborative transition model in Utah.
