Detailed information about the assistive technology device needs to be included (make, model, cost, where the item will be purchased), as well as any descriptive supporting documentation. Any grant for an AAC device including iPad or other tablet requires an evaluation by a qualified speech/language pathologist to ensure an individual has prior successful experience with the device and that it is being primarily used for communication.
