R. Giselle Bandley coordinates many of the functions that help PSP run as a VISTA project, including: supporting community-based sites and VISTAs, hiring and placing VISTA members, navigating university and federal processes and systems, VAD development, VISTA recognition, receipt intake and tracking, and conducting site visits. Giselle is also a Site Supervisor for one of PSP's VISTA Leaders. 
Giselle holds a degree in Humanities and Social Science from Utah State University and is now pursuing a Masters of Arts in Teaching Fine Arts. She has over fifteen years of experience assisting with combined intellectual property law and civil law, and has cultivated significant grant writing experience. Giselle is also the Artistic Director of Unicorn Theatre, a nonprofit theatre for and by children in Logan, UT. She served as an AmeriCorps VISTA member in the Ridgeline High School Counseling Department, where she developed programs to ensure at-risk and undeserved high school students received effective educational and social support services. Giselle has worked with a variety of organizations including Cache Arts, USU Event Services, Cain College of the Arts, Little Theatre of Alexandria, Classika Theatre, Shakespeare Theatre Company, Lyric Repertory Company, and Burley High School.
