Marla Nef

Marla is the Up to 3 Early Intervention Program Coordinator.  She enjoys the opportunity to work with excellent providers at Up to 3 and the great work happening at the IDRPP. She is proud of the impact the Up to 3 program staff have had on families in Cache, Rich, and Box Elder County.

Marla has a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education and a Master's Degree in Family and Human Development.  She has been a special educator for students in elementary, high school and post-high classes. Along with providing oversight of the Up to 3 Program, she has provided service coordination and parent training for children with ASD indicators.

Marla is part of the Utah Interagency Coordinating Council and co-chaired the ICC committee revising Utah CSPD credential.
