Program Coordinator

Marla is the Up to 3 Early Intervention Program Coordinator.  She enjoys the opportunity to work with excellent providers at Up to 3 and the great work happening at the IDRPP. She is proud of the impact the Up to 3 program staff provide for children and families in Cache, Rich, and Box Elder County.

Marla has a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education and a Master's Degree in Family and Human Development.  She has been a special educator for students in elementary, high school and post-high classes. Along with providing oversight of the Up to 3 Program, she provides service coordination and parent training for children with ASD indicators.

Marla is a past Utah Division of Early Childhood Executive Board President and completed two four-year terms as a provider representative in Utah Interagency Coordinating council for Infants and Toddlers with Disabilities and Delay. serves on the Interagency Coordinating Council.

She served on the Utah ICC Finance Subcommittee, the Utah ICC Baby Watch State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP) Compliance Workgroup, and the Family Engagement and Collaboration Workgroup.
