Dale Brown

Dale Brown is Associate Director in charge of web based recruitment projects in Arizona, North Dakota, South Dakota, Connecticut, and Washington. These products have played a key role in staffing districts, charters, and organizations with high quality educators and support personnel. Dale began his work with TAESE in 1999 and has worked extensively  in numerous states while also serving as a recognized leader nationwide in e-based recruitment platforms. This work has included contractual grants within Nebraska, Iowa, Colorada, New Mexico, Alaska, and Utah and in addition to current projects..

Dale holds Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Education and Journalism and a Master's Of Business Administration (MBA) degree with an emphasis in marketing and e-commerce. He has published work in educational jounrals  on recruitment practices and has presented nationwide on effective recruitment and retention practices.
