Kelly Pritts

Kelly Arnett Pritts holds a M.Ed. in Special Education: Low Vision and Blindness from West Virginia University, as well as an M.Ed. in Special Education: Learning and Behavior Disorders from University of the Cumberlands in Kentucky.  She obtained certification as a Braille Transcriber from the Library of Congress and teaching certificates in Special Education in Arizona, Kentucky, and West Virginia.  Kelly is a member of the Transcriber and Educator Services Committee with National Braille Association.

Currently, Kelly is working as a Braille Transcriber Trainer with the Institute for Disability Research, Policy and Practice.
