The CEI provides targeted technical assistance for Utah Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs) who are transitioning ICF beds to Home and Community Based services. Upon a request for targeted technical assistance, USU staff meets with the eligible ICF’s to evaluate the scope and need of the technical assistance related to ICF transition to HCBS.
