Empowering Service Providers to Build Competent and Quality Teams

The CEI offers specialized staff training and competency monitoring for Community Rehabilitation Providers (CRPs) and Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) providers. Administrators and trainees alike can assign courses, track progress, and assess skill levels to ensure that every team member is equipped to provide high-quality, inclusive support.

Competency Tracking:  Easily monitor proficiency through completion reports and competency assessments, ensuring skills are consistently up to date.
Customizable Technical Assistance Plans: Develop personalized TA plans that align with data-driven competency assessments, ensuring skills are consistently up to date. 
Train-the-Trainer Program: Empower job coaches with our Workplace Supports Training, creating in-house experts who can train others.

New Asynchronous Effective Job Coach Training

The new asynchronous Effective Job Coach training is designed to equip job coaches with essential knowledge and skills to support individuals with disabilities in achieving success in competitive, integrated employment. This self-paced asynchronous training will help job coaches understand and develop skills to

  • Work with employers and employees
  • Conduct a job analysis
  • Implement systematic instruction, and
  • Develop workplace accommodations and assistive technology in the workplace. 

To earn a certificate of completion, participants must:

  • Pass a knowledge-based competency assessment
  • Demonstrate mastery of key job coach competencies
