The Cache Refugee and Immigrant Connection, in partnership with the USU Center for Persons with Disabilities, invites you to Immigration 101 night on February 27.

CRIC strives to promote integration and positive connections among refugees, immigrants, and the wider community through education and access to resources.

Immigration 101 will feature immigration attorney Chad Pemberton, alongside Dr. Sachin Pavithran, Policy Director at the CPD. Our featured guests will be providing information about the United States immigration system: specifically the different processes individuals or families go through in order to find their new home in the United States. These processes can be long and complicated—even more so for those living with a disability.

With immigration being a large focus in our society today, this is an amazing opportunity to come and learn more about it, ask questions you may have, and gain a better understanding of what takes place in the lives of these community members.

This event will be held at Mount Logan Middle School on February 27 at 7 pm. Doors will open at 6:30 pm. The event is free to the public.

For questions about this event, please contact the CRIC office at (435) 915-6689.
