hand-made thank you card.

The Center for Persons with Disabilities thanks Icehouse of Logan for its continued support of our Up to 3 program. The donations from Icehouse and other local sponsors help provide assistive technology devices, augmentative and alternative communication devices, classroom toys and gym equipment for our kiddos!

Up to 3 promotes the development of young children with any type of disability or developmental delay. It is part of the CPD at Utah State University.

The frozen custard shop’s support stood out this year because it was a pleasant surprise, said Marla Nef, Up to 3’s program coordinator. Up to 3 asked several businesses, including Icehouse, for support of this year’s Run, Walk & Roll event, and they received it. But in addition, Icehouse collected funds for Up to 3 during a Friends and Family night and a Night of Giving.

“We didn’t even know they were doing it,” Nef said. “They’ve given us some great support.”

Up to 3 children left their handprints—literally—on a thank-you card to the business.
