Up To 3 Welcomes New Info Specialist

If you see Rachel Williams with a camera, smile! She has joined Up to 3 as an information specialist and a specialized child care provider. She comes to the CPD through the Americorp VISTA program.

She will maintain Up to 3’s Facebook, Instagram and Twitter feeds.

The Center for Persons with Disabilities’ Up to 3 program is one of 15 early intervention programs in Utah that are contracted through the Utah Department of Health’s Baby Watch program.

“I really love the Up to 3 program because it is so important. The first six months of life are so vital for development,” she said. Those early months can determine whether a child will need further service when they enter school.

Rachel graduated from Utah State University in 2018 with a bachelor’s in Communicative Disorders and Deaf Education.
