The Up to 3 Early Intervention program in the Institute for Disability Research, Policy & Practice at Utah State University is an in-home pediatric program in northern Utah that strives to provide quality, evidence-based therapy services in a nurturing and supportive natural environment. We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and committed Communication Specialist (Teacher, Early Intervention) to join our interdisciplinary therapy team, which is comprised of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, behavior analysts, child development specialists, behavior technicians, vision and hearing therapists, and autism specialists. The successful applicant will provide individual services to children under the age of 3 with developmental delays/disabilities and their families.

The successful candidate must reside in the state of Utah; working on-site at the IDRPP or another USU office/campus or home office site could be considered. This position is telework eligible within the state of Utah. This position is currently funded through December 30, 2025, with additional position duration contingent upon funding.

ECHO and LTSAE Project Support

Utah Children Project/ECHO Program Phlebotomist

The Environmental Influences on Child Health Outcomes (ECHO) Program has an opening for an hourly Phlebotomist to work as part of a large, national children’s health study funded by the National Institute of Health (NIH). This research investigates how environmental factors influence child health and development. This project will follow children from childhood through adolescence and integrate data from multiple cohorts totaling more than 50,000 children from diverse backgrounds across the nation. This is an hourly position, with a flexible schedule for up to 10 hours per week, that may include business hours, evenings, and weekends depending on the study needs. This position is contingent on funding.
