Tessa Rae Nelson is currently working as a BDI Evaluator for the Up to 3 Early Intervention programShe applies the BDI exam to determine the level of disability or delay for children 12 months - 3 years of age and their eligibility into the program. 

In addition to this work, Tessa also is employed as a CBRS (Community-Based Rehabilitation Specialist) at Priestley Mental Health. There, she assists children with emotional and psychiatric disorders learn how to manage their challenges while being at school and in society. 

Tessa received her undergraduate degree in Marriage and Family Studies. She currently attends the University of Montana Online for a Master's in Social Work.

In addition to these qualifications, Tessa has a certificate in Human Services and is a Certified Family Life Educator through the National Council on Family Relations. She also is a certified Peer Support Specialist through the state of Idaho.
