Heather Mitchell

Heather grew up in Cache Valley graduating from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science, in Family, Consumer, Human Development with an emphasis in Deaf Education. She then completed a Master of Education in Communicative Disorders & Deaf Education with a Specialization in Early Intervention at Utah State University. 

After graduating, Heather worked with Bear River Head Start as a disabilities specialist. She then chose to stay home, being a professional mom, until returning to work as a Service Coordinator with the Up to 3 Early Intervention Program. She loves working with children and the opportunities to support families through early intevention.
