Matthew Huskinson

As a person who experiences life with a disability, Matthew Huskinson has insight and understanding of many disability issues. Matthew has experience advocating for others with disabilities through his volunteer service on the Utah Developmental Disabilities Council and the Utah Statewide Independent Living Council. Matthew is knowledgeable about disability policy and cares about advocating for better services for Utahns with disabilities. Additionally, Matthew is a Lived Experience Advocate with Utah Regional Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities. Matthew is currently doing work for the University of Utah

Matthew earned his high school diploma and has a business Certificate from Ogden Weber Technical College and one year of BYU Pathway Connect.

Matthew wants his experiences with autism and the perspectives his experience brings to be an asset to the community. He wants to help others with disabilities live the best life possible.
